RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason or at any time you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange (shipping charges apply for exchanges outside the United States) for a full refund with a complimentary return shipping label. When sending a return, please include a note with your contact information, the reason for the return, and desired outcome. 

US Domestic Returns

For your convenience, we provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns and/or exchanges within the United States. Please follow the below instructions to receive your shipping label and we will provide you with an exchange, a store credit for use on future orders, or a refund to your original form of payment. We estimate 7 - 10 business days to receive and process your return and/or exchange.

To request a return on our help center:

  1. On our help center homepage, click Return.
  2. Log in using the email you used to purchase your items. You may select your email or phone number to send the login code to.
  3. Select the order you wish to return an item from and click Return.
  4. Select the item(s) and quantity you wish to return.
  5. Click Request Return.

International Returns

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any shipping fees for returns and/or exchanges. Returns should be mailed to us at the following address:

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Sale items purchased during our Sale on Sale promotion, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or credit without exception.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR NOW ON SALE ITEMS

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within two weeks of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price for you. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item and goods originally purchased on sale are excluded. Sale promotions are only valid for retail orders.
