SHIPPING & DELIVERY

France Luxe® makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. We process and ship orders from our WA warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders that are $50 and over (after discounts are applied) and shipping to a United States address, qualify for free standard shipping. Orders with free standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders paying for UPS shipping are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, this shipping policy does not apply to L. Erickson USA product. L. Erickson USA product is handmade specifically for each customer.

The shipping cost varies for wholesale orders and customers outside the U.S. depending on the quantity of items and the weight of the order.

APO ADDRESSES

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery after receipt of your order if shipping to an APO address.

P.O. BOX - AIR FREIGHT

Please note that we cannot ship air freight to a P.O. Box. Please provide an alternate street address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! Kindly note, customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any taxes or duties. International customers are responsible for any fees accumulated on the cost of returning the package if the package is refused or if the duties due are not paid.

Due to delivery assurance issues and sanctions, we are unable to process and ship orders to the following countries:

  • Russia
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Sudan
  • Cuba
  • Syria

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once you receive your shipment confirmation, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our help center.

We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.

To track your order on our help center:

  1. On our help center, click Track.
  2. Log in using the email you used to purchase your items. You may select your email or phone number to send the login code to.
  3. Select the order you wish to track and select Track.
